  1. This is an inspirational story and one I intend to share with my retail clients who could use a little more convincing on how good an idea it is to begin building their email marketing list. I agree on the coupon in every newsletter by the way. I think most people sign up for a newsletter from a retail business because they believe they’ll get special offers.
