    Don’t cancel those ads in the Yellow Pages. I read them online and from the book. I am growing very weary of the clutter online.

    @Mike I think that businesses and organizations should go where their audience is – and you make a great point about marketing efforts getting spread too thin among the online clutter. You need to pinpoint what’s working the best, and focus on that, before trying to advertise anywhere else.

    @Mike and Blaise, I, too, am weary of the spam emails aka spambots, but do believe that if you have a dedicated following the email blasts are effective.
