  • Mobile event check-in. Next, you can quickly use an app for your iPad, iPhone, or Android phone to find the attendee by name and change their status from “registered” to “attending” with just one click.

Smooth mobile transactions

These smooth mobile interactions make it easier for you and your guests. You’ll also be able to spend more time with your attendees to learn about them, find out why they came to your fundraiser and tell them about your cause.

What about Mobile communications during the event?

Constant Contact partners, Betwext and GigaBark enable you to pull your registrant information from Constant Contact right into your Betwext or GigaBark account to send customized text messages to attendees, volunteers, and staff including last minute reminders and schedule changes (e.g., room, venue, time), send notifications when lunch is about to be served, when a presentation is about to begin, and more.
