You talked about tabs but I can’t find any tabs on the Facebook page I’m administering for a company? Where are they?
Hi Misty,
Tabs are located just below the cover photo on the right side. We point them out in this post: http://blogs.constantcontact.com/product-blogs/social-media-marketing/facebook-timeline-for-pages-how-to-get-around-from-the-top-down/

Currently, I have three pages for my personal, business and Theater Company. I can access all three from the top right corner of the page. On my business and theater company pages I have an admin panel, but not on my personal page. The information on the admin panel is a great way to capture information . . . what can I do to get the panel on my personal page?
Hmm … peculiar. Ken, does your personal Page have Timeline? And just to be sure, it’s a Page and not a Profile, right?
