Have you been using Constant Contact for a while and want to get more out of your subscription? Are you using a mix of competitor tools for your online marketing and frustrated with constantly having to involve the IT department or Web Development group every time you try to launch a new campaign? If so, this workshop is for you!
As a certified Constant Contact Solution Provider, we host a variety of workshops each year to provide low-cost training for you and/or your marketing staff. In our “Advanced Online Marketing with Constant Contact” workshop, we will cover what you need to both be found by prospects online and nurture them through the entire life cycle of prospect to customer to repeat customer and referral source. You'll leave with plenty of information and the technical knowledge to implement these strategies for your business the very next day.
During this workshop session, we’ll cover:
Automation - learn how to create automated email “drip campaigns” based on actions your contacts take and how to set up automated welcome and birthday emails
Personalization - learn how to turn on advanced personalization features to get higher open rates
Segmentation - learn how to continuously and easily segment your contacts so you can send highly target emails to increase list retention and open rates
Automatic List Growth - Learn how to incorporate landing pages, create and integrate Facebook and Google ads, set up social media capture tools, incorporate events, trackable coupons, and more to grow your list of interested prospects
Branding - learn advanced image editing tricks with no-cost tools such as Canva and Constant Contact's powerful new logo maker to achieve consistency
You do not need a Constant Contact account for this workshop as material covered can also apply to other tools. However, this workshop will also include how to implement concepts covered technically inside Constant Contact. If you do have a laptop, please bring it as you can log in and use your own Constant Contact Account to follow along. Email email@example.com for a no-cost trial account if you don't yet have Constant Contact and want to give it a try during class.
