This week’s topics: A Discussion About Gmail Tabs and Facebook Embedded Posts

Gmail recently rolled out a new inbox to automatically sort incoming email based on categories such as Primary, Social, Promotions, Updates, and Forums. This means it’s likely that your marketing emails sent to Gmail users will end up in the Promotions tab rather than the Primary tab. Many marketers are concerned about the impact this will have on their email campaigns.

Facebook also announced the ability to embed public status updates, videos, and photos from Facebook to your blog or website. People will be able to like and share the posts directly from the embed.

Listen in as we discuss these topics with special guest, Ryan Pinkham, content developer at Constant Contact.

Enjoy!
