Step 1: Connect your existing business tools
With so many apps in our MarketPlace, chances are, we are integrated with the business tools (CRM’s, donor management systems, eCommerce platforms) you’re already using. These apps, or integrations they’re sometime called, sync contacts (name, email, phone, and more) and other key business data between the tool and Constant Contact. Donor Management: Blackbaud eTapestry – This integration allows you to sync data between eTapestry and Constant Contact, as well as view email campaign stats within eTapestry.
ECommerce: Bigcommerce – This integration syncs contact data between the two systems, and lets you create Constant Contact custom lists based on a variety of criteria in Bigcommerce.
