Step 1: Connect your existing business tools
With so many apps in our MarketPlace, chances are, we are integrated with the business tools (CRM’s, donor management systems, eCommerce platforms) you’re already using. These apps, or integrations they’re sometime called, sync contacts (name, email, phone, and more) and other key business data between the tool and Constant Contact. This ensures that all of your contact data is recent and consistent, without the need for manual data entry or uploading.

CRM: Salesforce – This free integration, built by our partner Cazoomi, allows you to sync contact data between Salesforce and Constant Contact.
Donor Management: Blackbaud eTapestry – This integration allows you to sync data between eTapestry and Constant Contact, as well as view email campaign stats within eTapestry.
ECommerce: Bigcommerce – This integration syncs contact data between the two systems, and lets you create Constant Contact custom lists based on a variety of criteria in Bigcommerce.

Digioh lets you add a download link to your newsletter, track downloads, and best of all, it gates the download and prompts non-subscribers to join your list to view the content.
Mobile: Qwiqq – Qwiqq is a mobile app that lets you easily create “for sale” posts and share them across all of your networks (including Constant Contact). PayPal is integrated, allowing people to buy from right within your posts. This is great for online retailers and brick and mortar stores.
