The Sacrifices and Rewards of Owning a Small Business

Have you ever felt like you can’t take a vacation? Do you wish you could see your friends and family just a little more? Is it tough for you to pull away from your business?

If you are a small business owner and answered “yes,” to any of these questions, you’re not alone.

To commemorate National Small Business Week, we surveyed small business owners across the country to learn more about the challenges business owners face on a daily basis.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that owning and running a small business is hard work.

But despite all the hardships they face, the great news is that many small business owners think it’s absolutely worth it.

In fact, if given the choice, 84 percent of small business owners would do it all over again.
